At Tech One Media, we don’t offer refunds once we’ve started the work because of how our services are set up.
If you decide to cancel the service, you can do so at any time, but no refunds will be given for the current month. To cancel, you must send us a written notice through email or text. While future payments will stop, no partial refunds for the current month will be provided.
No refunds will be given if you ignore Tech One Media’s recommendations for changes, such as SEO research, keyword optimization, updating web content, or improving your website’s structure and connection.
We also cannot issue refunds if you:
- Hire another SEO company while under contract with us.
- Start doing SEO yourself during the contract.
- Don’t give us the required access to your website.
- Have a website that isn’t working properly or is inactive.
Once you approve the design mockups and we move into testing, refunds are no longer possible.
For services related to special events or limited-time offers, cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice, and no refunds will be given if canceled after that.
SEO and online marketing packages are non-refundable. However, you can cancel them by giving us 15 days’ written notice.
If a project has been left inactive or neglected for more than 30 days, we cannot provide refunds.
